Weiqing Min is currently an Associate Professor with the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Information Processing, Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Zhiming Guo is a Professor in the School of Food and Biological Engineering at Jiangsu University, China, where he also serves as a principal investigator in the field of food analysis and detection sciences.
